It has been a journey of about a year with Motherhood and we have been recently blessed with a baby. We thank you, all your colleagues, including Dr Madhushree (who has been instrumental in championing everything for us from the day we walked-in for pre-pregnancy consultations), the team of paediatricians/neonatologists and the entire nursing staff over there (as our pre-term baby spent about 20 odd days in NICU and came out healthy) and the administration department, especially you.
We thank you for your patient hearing, unwavering and timely support, and the quality of service that you landed on us, which, undoubtedly, gave us the gift of God we waited long for. Not only the medical but logistical and emotional, needs of both the mother and baby were well taken care of, and we sincerely, wholeheartedly, thank you for the same.

She has been extremely helpful for us throughout, she helped us take care of the new born baby effortlessly during the 1st couple nights. My due date was 3rd April and my husband had made arrangements in Motherhood- HRBR, as we had a good experience during our earlier visit for my mother’s surgery.
On 9th March 8pm, we were informed that an emergency delivery would be needed. My husband
contacted Ms Rama from Motherhood, who scheduled the delivery for the next day 7.30 am. She also took care of insurance, stem cell etc. All it took was just a couple of calls.

D day- I arrived at 4 am next morning not knowing what to expect. To say things were smooth is an understatement. I was blown away by the preparedness and professionalism and I could not ask for more.
After- Even after the delivery, the attention and care I received here is beyond what is expected.
We landed up staying an extra day as I felt safe and secure here (thanks to Ms Usha for helping with this).
We also had a pleasant surprise after our bundle of joy arrived with cake cutting celebration arranged by Ms Thabitha.
Overall, I would suggest Motherhood- HRBR to any of my friend and family without second thoughts.

We had a wonderful experience at motherhood Sarjapur. What stood apart was the quality of service offered by the staff. All nurses appeared knowledgeable, capable, pleasant mannered and helpful. The doctors had a common sense based approach and their advices made perfect sense.
A few words of gratitude for some of the nurses who attended us:
Jinu was the nurse who was there throughout the night of labor and she extremely supported us throughout the phase comforting and building confidence
Anisha was great in the initial screening process and making us settle down.
Back in the room, we were attended mainly by Geethu, Sini, Yasmin and Blessy among the others. All of them were fabulous. They explained various aspects and gave tips on parenting. They are very helpful and taught us a lot of chores.
Doctors: Dr Shwetha on duty was a lifesaver. She kept our main gynae appraised of the progress diligently which helped them to take the right call before things could turn risky.
Our consulting gynae was Dr Julie Thomas.
Dr Julie Thomas is a very practical, down to earth and knowledge doctor. Very approachable and sweat. She was right in her assessments even when scan reports conflicted her opinion!
Thank You for coming in at 3:00 AM travelling 15 KM to get our baby out at the nick of time.
All other doctors, nurses and housekeeping staff were awesome too.

Shashirekha Motherhood Hospitals

The hospital has well-experienced doctors and expert gynaecologists and paediatricians. The staff professionalism is exhibited in their duty with compassionate care towards the patient.
I would like to share an experience with Dr Aarthi Bharath. I am very happy with Dr Aarthi mam as she is one of the excellent doctors. I have been consulting her from the past several months. She explains the situation very well and treats the problem from the root.
I am thankful to Dr Bhavana mam, who attended my emergency case. She is sweet and caring about my health and delivered my beautiful baby girl.
I am also thankful to lactation specialists and to all the doctors who guided me on how to take care of baby and breastfeeding. They are very friendly.
I am even thankful to canteen service who have provided very good healthy food for the patients.
We are also thankful to administration management, security and Miss Gayathri who explained us about 9 Divine Package along with Tejas, who is in charge of administration and got us admitted in time. I also thank sisters who were very friendly and lovable.
The quality of care, facility, staff members, housekeeping, the nursing staff, overall is good and hygienic.
Finally, I and my family thank all the people from the root level to management level for treating us well.
It has been an awesome experience with this hospital. Thank you so much to one and all.

Dr Madhavi Reddy has been very supportive throughout. Ever through I consulted only during the last trimester, she took extra effort to review the case and helped me throughout.
