Rama & Namrata about Motherhood Banashankari NICU Facility.

Hi,

We are thankful to the motherhood hospital for the best service provide motherhood hospital is well maintained, the staff is very co-operative. We were admitted to the hospital for early delivery, as baby growth is lagging.

Baby weight is less (2.3 kg) and baby got infected with bacteria and this has been detected very early, thanks to regular sugar level checks done to the baby.

The doctor took the decision (based on the baby’s condition) and admitted her to NICH. I STARTED ic & sent for a quick test. Because of early detection, the infection was less, and taken 2 days for the baby to recover from infection & shifted toward.

Thankful to doctor & staff in NICU very co-operative provide every information & console me and my wife where we are in sadness, provided is the confidence of baby improvement. Treatment is good, doctor, nurses are the helpful baby in cleaning & washing.

Inward, nurses maintain regular baby feeding time & help the baby in cleaning & washing

The doctor detected jaundice quickly & put the W V lights and jaundice got reduced in a day.

Nurses are helpful & maintained feeding monitoring of the baby regularly even at night time. Very prompt & dedicated workers.

Thanks again & I recommended others also to this hospital claim settlement happened very quickly, no Hasal

Thanks

20th March 2015 was a date we remember and cherish forever as our son Darsheel (B/o  Priya) was born on this date. It was a proud and the most awaited day of our life. Since, my wife’s pregnancy was identified under high risk, I was waiting outside the OT like a small kid waiting for exam results to be announced. At around 1.30 PM a team of doctors and Nurses bought a tiny creature to NICU after delivery. A smart and handsome person came to me and introduced himself as Dr. Prashanth, Pediatrician responsible for my kid. He congratulated on becoming a proud father of the son. At the very same time, I started crying. He controlled me like his own brother and took me to NICU and showed me my son. He also told me that my wife is also good, will be shifted to a private room in a few hours. After a short while, he started explaining me about my son’s preterm delivery and informed me about him being underweightand also detailed out a plan of action for his treatment. He told me that Darsheel needs to be in NICU for 3-4 weeks approx. Since low birth weight and preterm were known complications to us, I readily agreed for his treatment plan. Team started treating our son. Every day we used to visit our son in NICU multiple times. All the nurses and doctors were kind enough to allow us inside NICU 24 X 7.They listened and answered all our queries to our satisfaction. Since our son was responding positively, after 9 days of treatment they shifted the mother and baby to ward for further observation. They discharged him after 3 days of observation in ward. So totally we spent 12 days in hospital as against planned 3-4 weeks. All this could happen because of the good care taken by Dr. Prashanth and team. Now we are still following up with Dr. Prashanth regularly as our son is now 1.85Kgs. As always, he is kind enough to answer all our queries and suggesting us to how to take care of our son properly. We would like to thank entire team including Dr. Prashanth, Dr. Ali and all Nursing staff for taking good care of our son. Our son’s birth gave us an opportunity to meet one of the best doctors of our life time, more than that good human beings.

First of all I consider myself lucky for having found such a good team of doctors in Motherhood Hospital. Doctor Prathap Chandra and Doctor Prashanth had explained each and every step of the procedure very well. They have given very good attention to details and the availability for our queries was really good. We really appreciate their treatment and attention given to baby Yash. Nursing staff were extremely helpful as well. Always ready with smile! I really appreciate the handling of billing and insurance matters. Hope you all will keep same quality and excellence forever and help may kids. Thanks once again to everyone.
