Terms and Conditions of Motherhood One Subscription Plan

    Welcome to Motherhood One (the “App Module”), owned and operated by Rhea Healthcare Private Limited (“Motherhood”). Before you access and use the App Module’s services, it is important that you carefully read and agree to the following terms.     1. The App Module provides general information and tools related to Pregnancy Journey Management which guides you on various aspects of a pregnant woman’s daily well being covering regular diet tips, exercise tips, providing option of calming music, regular alert on medicine tracker (based on medicine input by customer), water intake alerts, appointment alerts etc. The App Module does not provide medical advice or diagnosis. You should consult with a licensed healthcare provider before making any medical decisions based on information or content or recommendations provided by the App Module.
    2. The use of the App Module does not establish a doctor-patient relationship between you and Motherhood or its Doctors/Consultants or healthcare providers.

    User Consent for Data Collection and Usage

    By using the App Module, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data, including but not limited to your name, contact information, medical history, and health data as necessary to provide services.     User Responsibilities

    1. You understand that any recommendations, tools, or services provided by the App are intended to assist you but do not replace professional medical advice.
      1. You will not misuse the App or its services for unlawful activities.

    The App / App Module may integrate with third-party services (e.g., appointment booking, medication reminders). By using these services, you consent to the terms and conditions of those third parties. Motherhood is not liable for third-party services.

    Risks and Liability

    The App Module offers tools and information to enhance your health management experience but does not guarantee the accuracy, effectiveness, or reliability of the content. By agreeing to these terms, you agree to waive all rights and any claims against Motherhood or its Doctors or its affiliates for any direct or indirect damages whatsoever arising from the use of the App.

    Further, all the guides, tips, information in the said Pregnancy Journey Management are general and standard. In case of any other health conditions, you are liable to adopt the same based on consultation with Doctor(s) or Medical Practitioner.

    Consent to Communication

    By providing your contact information, you agree to receive notifications, reminders, and updates via the App, email, or other communication channels. You may adjust these preferences at any time in the App settings.

    Modifications to Terms

    Motherhood reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
