Menopause
A natural biological process, menopause marks the end of menstruation. Menopause basically marks the end of the reproductive phase of the woman’s body as the reproductive hormones decline naturally. This occurs in women who fall in the 40-50 years age group and is diagnosed when she has not had a menstrual period for 12 months.
