Key Responsibilities:
- Convert potential patients through strong product knowledge; confidence in our specialty, explain the benefits/ superiority of processes at our facility.
- Provide accurate and timely assistance to the caller.
- Handle enquiries and route to concerned person/department whenever necessary.
- Responsible for updating consultant of the day’s appointment.
- Inform patients regarding doctor leave/delay, reschedule appointments as per patient convenience.
- Maintain updated information regarding rates, marketing campaigns, packages, star dial numbers etc.
- Greet customers and ensure patient/family is comfortably seated.
- Enquire about the procedure/surgery required.
- Provide formal estimates, keep a record and track of all estimate sheets; follow up 2 days before stated date of IVF procedure as shared by patient.
- Keep Consultants informed at the start of the day regarding confirmed appointments.
- Inform consultants on patient admission.
- Be updated on new consultants, upgraded skills of consultants.
- Coordinate intradepartmental meetings and academic sessions.
- Aware of launch of new procedures, surgery packages, pricing updates.
