Assistant Manager – Human Resources (Learning & Development) – Pune

Key Responsibilities:


  • Training program development: Create and deliver comprehensive training sessions for clinical and non-clinical staff.
  • Assess training needs: Identify skill gaps and develop targeted training initiatives.
  • Standardization of practices: Train staff on SOPs to ensure patient care and operations consistency.
  • Compliance training: Conduct programs on patient safety, data privacy, infection control, POSH and other mandatory programs.
  • Leadership development: Train and mentor managers to strengthen leadership skills.
  • Enhance consumer experience: Enhance communication and soft skills to improve patient interactions.
  • Evaluate training outcomes: Use feedback and performance metrics to measure training effectiveness.
  • Drive effective usage of LMS (MH Academy): Continuously monitor usage to drive effective usage and adoption of MH Academy.
  • Maintain training records: Document all training activities and ensure compliance with audit requirements.
  • Continuous improvement: Identify areas for improvement in training content and delivery.
  • New employee induction: Conduct mandatory training that is a part of new employee induction.
  • Learning analysis and dashboards: Share periodic learning updates and dashboards with relevant stakeholders.
