Key Responsibilities:
- Training program development: Create and deliver comprehensive training sessions for clinical and non-clinical staff.
- Assess training needs: Identify skill gaps and develop targeted training initiatives.
- Standardization of practices: Train staff on SOPs to ensure patient care and operations consistency.
- Compliance training: Conduct programs on patient safety, data privacy, infection control, POSH and other mandatory programs.
- Leadership development: Train and mentor managers to strengthen leadership skills.
- Enhance consumer experience: Enhance communication and soft skills to improve patient interactions.
- Evaluate training outcomes: Use feedback and performance metrics to measure training effectiveness.
- Drive effective usage of LMS (MH Academy): Continuously monitor usage to drive effective usage and adoption of MH Academy.
- Maintain training records: Document all training activities and ensure compliance with audit requirements.
- Continuous improvement: Identify areas for improvement in training content and delivery.
- New employee induction: Conduct mandatory training that is a part of new employee induction.
- Learning analysis and dashboards: Share periodic learning updates and dashboards with relevant stakeholders.
